The curfew hours for the summer are the same as for the rest of the
year.
Basically, it is unlawful for a person less than 17 years of age to be
out in public unless accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal
guardian or other responsible companion at least 18 years of age
approved by a parent or legal guardian:

Between 12:01 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Saturday |
 |
Between 12:01 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Sunday |
 |
Between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Sunday through Thursday |
In addition, parents and teens alike should keep in mind that a
minor's driver's license is invalid during curfew. In other words, if
you are violating curfew, you do not have a driver's license. |
