Appearance Review
Commission.
Reviews commercial and industrial building proposals and signage
proposals. Based on
their findings, the Appearance Review Commission (ARC) makes
recommendations to the Village Board.
The Commission, who seven (7) members are appointed by the
President and Village Board, meets the 1st and 3rd
Monday of the
month at 6:30 p.m. as necessary. THE MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC.

Economic Development
Commission.
Focuses on commercial and industrial growth in Spring Grove.
The Economic Development Commission (EDC) is a seven (7)
member commission, appointed by the Village President
and Village Board meets the 2nd Tuesday of the
month at 6:00 p.m. as necessary. THE MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC.
Members: Rick Battalini, Mike Gajewski, Jack Kaminski, Rich Konyar, Mike Lee*, John Vlasak and

Planning & Zoning Commission.
Review applications regarding amendments, special use permits
and variances for zoning changes. Reviews proposals for new subdivisions and resubdivisions. Based on their findings, the Planning & Zoning Commission (PZC) makes
recommendations to the Village Board.
The Commission, whose seven (7) members are appointed by the
President and Village Board, meets the1st & 3rd Wednesday of
the month at 6:00 p.m. as necessary.
