Reviews commercial and industrial building proposals and signage
proposals. Based on
their findings, the Appearance Review Commission (ARC) makes
recommendations to the Village Board.
The Commission, who seven (7) members are appointed by the
President and Village Board, meets the 1st and 3rd
Monday of the
month at 6:30 p.m. as necessary. THE MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC.

The purpose of the Economic Development Commission is to achieve the
best economic health while maintaining the quality of life in the
Village by providing leadership to promote the retention, expansion
and attraction of business and industry in Spring Grove.
The Commission, whose five (5)
members are appointed by the President and Village Board, meets the
2nd Tuesday of
the month at 6:30 p.m. as necessary.
THE MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

Konyar.
Review applications regarding amendments, special use permits
and variances for zoning changes. Reviews proposals for new subdivisions and resubdivisions. Based on their findings, the Planning & Zoning Commission (PZC) makes
recommendations to the Village Board.
The Commission, whose seven (7) members are appointed by the
President and Village Board, meets the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of
the month at 6:00 p.m. as necessary.
