Our Public Works department works diligently to keep our roads clear from hazards and ice, when we receive a sizeable amount of snow at once, like we recently have, we ask for your patience while we do our best to clear the 78 miles of roads we maintain. Please take a moment to read our snow and ice policy here ..

Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. join us for our annual Merry and Bright in Spring Grove event. This festive event offers kids crafts, hot cocoa and cookies and a visit with Santa.

Admission is free, please bring a donation of non-perishable food or toiletry items for our local food pantry.

Our annual Trunk or Treat at Horse Fair Park will be this Saturday, October 25th from 2:00p.m. – 4:00p.m. Parking will be available in Horse Fair Park and Spring Grove Park.

Admission is free!

Erika’s Odd Coffee will be on site with her delicious fall flavors and hot chocolate for the kiddos!

Village of Spring Grove Trick or Treat hours for Friday, October 31st are from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

This Saturday, October 18th will be our final Farmers Market of the season, join us for an Oktoberfest themed event complete with decorations and Good Times Eddie and his squeeze box entertaining you!

Our market is rain or shine, from 9am to 1pm. Bring the kiddos, we will have mini pumpkin decorating!

Celebrate fall with us with live music, hot coffee, and local artisans!

Saturday, October 4th from 9:00 a.m. to noon bring your sensitive and private documents for secure, on-site document destruction.

Helping Hands Recycling* will also be on site to collect items such as clothing, small home goods, kitchen items, and toys. See a complete list See the full list of accepted items here . of what they will accept.

Helping Hands Recycling collects unwanted textiles effectively diverting millions of pounds of clothing from landfills, they will collect items from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

*Helping Hands Recycling is not affiliated with our local food pantry, Helping Hands Food Pantry. Please do not drop off items to be recycled at Helping Hands Food Pantry.

The event will be in the Spring Grove Municipal Centre Parking Lot located at 7401 Meyer Road.

On Sunday, August 24th the motorcade will be traveling south on Wilmot Road and is expected to cross Route 173 around 1-1:30pm.

The Spring Grove Firefighters Association will have their 33rd Annual Steak Fry on Saturday, August 16th, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Horse Fair Park, 8105 Blivin. 

There will be beer, raffles, cash prizes and live music by Judson Brown.

Every 3rd Saturday from May to October, our Farmers Market is open from 9am to 1pm for local produce and hand made goods. Our market is held at Main Street Park located at 8013 Blivin Street, across the street from The Grove.
