Notice of Filing Period:

August 25, 2026

Nomination papers will be available in the Clerk’s Office for circulation for the April 6, 2027 Consolidated Election. Sample form nomination papers may be picked up during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. M-Tu-Th-F(closed Wednesdays)) at the Village of Spring Grove Municipal Centre in the Office of the Village Clerk, 7401 Meyer Road, Spring Grove, Illinois 60081 or you can request it be emailed to you by contacting the Village Clerk at kpopelka@springgrovevillage.com.

November 16, 2026

First day to file nomination papers with the Village Clerk at 7401 Meyer Road, Spring Grove, Illinois 60081 in the Office of the Village Clerk from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (closed Wednesdays)

November 23, 2026

Last day to file nomination papers with the Village Clerk at 7401 Meyer Road, Spring Grove, Illinois 60081 in the Office of the Village Clerk from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed Wednesdays)

December 1, 2026

Last day to file objections to nomination papers with Village Clerk at 7401 Meyer Road, Spring Grove, Illinois 60081 in the Office of the Village Clerk from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (closed Wednesdays)

December 3, 2026

Simultaneous Filing Lottery, if required, will be held in the Office of the Village Clerk at 7401 Meyer Road, Spring Grove, Illinois 60081 at 9:00 a.m.
