Off-Highway Vehicle Ordinance and Registration

In December 2024 the Village Board approved amendments to Chapter 13 of the Spring Grove Municipal code to allow the operation of recreational off-highway vehicles.

Please email documents to SGPD@springgrovevillage.com, please provide two possible dates for an inspection.

The fee structure is as follows: On-site inspections: $150.00/Village Hall Inspections $100.00 Vanity License Plate: $25.00/Sequential Number Plate $20.00. Payments can be made online here by choosing the option to make a one-time payment, or in person at the Village Hall.

To schedule an annual safety inspection with the Spring Grove Police Department, residents need to complete the necessary forms and submit payment.  Applications will then be reviewed for scheduling as needed.
