APPLICATION AND SAFETY INSPECTION FORM

The Village of Spring Grove does not allow 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, or mini bikes on streets within Village limits.
Applicants must complete sections 1 & 2 and request either an on-site ($150) or Village Hall ($100) inspection.
Applications will then be forwarded to the Chief of Police for scheduled inspections.
