The Village of Spring Grove has enacted an ordinance requiring the cutting of grass and weeds. On improved real estate, weeds cannot exceed eight inches in height and on unimproved real estate (vacant lots) weeds cannot exceed twelve inches. This is monitored on a weekly basis during months when grasses/weeds are actively growing.
